Delivered via MIT Academy, certified by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) under the Sistem Latihan Program Bertauliah (SLaPB), Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR).
No upfront capital required. Programs run over 1–2 months (minimum 80 training hours), designed to scale floor productivity without disrupting operations.

Trainees hold at least SPM, a technical certificate, Diploma, or Degree.

Must not be color blind — this role involves soldering and inspecting electronic components where color identification is required. No heavy lifting is involved.

Technician position on the factory floor — main task is soldering chips/electronic components, within line assignments across SMT, Manual Insert, Final Assembly, Functional Testing, QA, or Logistics/Warehouse. This is a standing role (berdiri) with no heavy lifting.
You are hired directly by CG Global Profastex Manufacturing Sdn Bhd — not through an agency. MITA handles recruitment and the first-round interview only.
Normal shift, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (5 working days/week). No rotating or night shifts.
Generally compulsory; exceptions may be considered case-by-case for emergencies. Rates: Mon–Sat 1.5×, Sunday 2.0×, Public Holiday 3.0×.
